- Full refund (minus administrative fees) if cancelled 30+ days before the event - 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before the event - No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the event Deposit (50% of total fee) is non-refundable regardless of when cancelled Force majeure clause allows for rescheduling without penalty in case of circumstances beyond control (weather) Rescheduling option (available with a fee if done with sufficient notice)
